I would love to do my part to get our economy back at full steam, but it does seems like such a lot of effort. Up early, fight for parking, fight for "bargains", wait in a long checkout line, and then on to the next place.
I think you have to be in rigorous training to go into such activities willingly. I know some folks (relatives) who plot out their entire shopping schedule.... and actually make that Black Friday train run to their schedule. I think it takes a different kind of brain or something. I know I don't have it (all those deals I've missed....hurts just to think about.)
I always feel our world might fall apart if people didn't shop at the crack of dawn today. So I really wanted to say thank you to all those that are out there spending, keeping us free through consumerism. Soldiers of commerce fighting the good fight. Bless you all and your little credit cards, too.
And if you should see a 42" HDTV for under $450, please let me know. I just might have to put on some armor and make a run myself.
